My advice to my fellow humans.... run. Everytime I see new people touring the complex, all I think is poor them. I usually want to go up to them and tell them to run but they always have some leasing agent with them. Management are theives and will do anything to con you out of your money. Maintenance do come when you report a problem but get ready to report it in two weeks again. No parking. Elevators are trashy. On the weekends, its like a dumb. All appliances are old and useless. NOISY, if someone isn't playing loud music, then their pet is barking up a storm or their damn broken car alarm is going off all night. I can even hear when the person above me is taking a shower. And oh yeah, if you are showering, someone else can't take a shower or wash dishes because the water goes cold (are in the 1970s, gosh!)... The list goes on but the main issue is the place stinks... has a rancid smell.
