Great Place to live. Poor parking space to residents. I have a town home 3 bed/2 bath but only 1 parking space. I have try to get more spaces but I need waiting for ....Months. No reasonable parking spaces. Some 1 bed/1 bath have 2-3 Parking space's. Management need adjust the parking to the bed numbers. My friends give parking tickets all time when visit me.No guest parking. Is only My complaint. Management officers are lovely people, Maintenance staff friendly and educate. Residents are ok, medium-high Income people based in Miami living costs. I feel my kids safety here. Security 24/h 7 days a week. Some noise from the discos (Space, Nocturnal and Metropolis in the next street but you can close up the windows and not problems. The homeless levels has been lower (by street pass) from the past year to this. I believe that the neighborhood will continues change in the next months to remodeling the downtown area (a beautiful landscapes and new constructions). I hope that.
