Review for Residences At The Falls Apartments

Our least is almost up so for almost the entire time spent in the complex it has been okay. Things get taken care of the same day. My a/c went out during the evening. I called in the morning and the a/c was working that same day. The employees at the leasing office are helpful and attentive. The cabinets were spray painted so the paint periodically comes off when you clean them and the balcony was spray painted as well in a bit of a sloppy manner. Since the last review of 11/12/07 by a previous tenant the pools are still BOTH out of code and health hazards. Management tries to take care of the property and make it look peaceful and nice but some of the residence mess the property up all by themselves. The windows from the gym have been broken for a while now with no repair. Their use to be nice pool tables and chairs but the youth in the complex break everything. The glass tables have been broken and the material on the chairs has been ripped. They prompt state of the art gyms and clubhouse. Please don’t be fool as a current tenant I can tell you the gyms are crappy, the machines are mostly all messed and there is nothing in the club house. You are asked to pay $25 for the gym key for nothing because most of the times you can’t even use the gym. The hugest issue is the dogs kept on the balcony day and night. If you want peace and quiet make sure you don’t buy or rent by an apartment that has a dog on the balcony. Most residence in the complex keep their dog on the balcony 247. The leasing office has been notified however, it’s still an issue. There are so many dogs in the complex that most areas smell like crap. Owners walk their dog and do not pick up after them. Last but not least the complex is pretty peaceful but there is no security. There have been some burglary issues occurring in the complex.
