Apartment Review for Berkshires At Walden Lake

Where do I begin? There is only 1 person on the office staff who is friendly. The others are rude and inconsiderate. The police were constantly on the premises responding to one thing or another. The neighbors are noisy at various hours of the night. The parking spaces are tiny and my car was the victim of a hit and run because of it. You may have to park really far away from your apt. The AC in the apt was constantly broken and always had to be fixed. There was a leak in my apt and they came with a fan to dry the wet carpet. They left the wet carpet there to mildew and possibly cause mold instead of replacing it. They do not renovate or repair the apts, they simply do patchwork! The apts are overpriced and not worth it!!! Don't waste your time or heard earned money to go through this!
