The grounds are nice -- the lake area is wonderful! All my neighbors were lovely people -- mostly young couples and small families. They love dogs and I met many people while walking KC and playing frisbee at the lake. Maybe things have changed since the last bad reviews on this site, but I didn't have ANY of those problems. <P>
