I lived at Cutler Riverside for 3 years and I read the first reviewed. First of all I never had any problem at cutler riverside. The leasing staff were always with a great attidude and a great costumer service. The maintenance staff were great. The only complaint I have is the parking. There was never enough parking in the community. I highly recommend this property.

my cousin sign a year lease contract, they were so desperate to get an apartment that they didnt even notice the amednment that the office make them sign a few days after the sign the contract.
now two months the leas expire they raise the rent and they making them pay more of what they sign for. just because they didnt know that the admentment they sign it was for that, to raise rent without notice and even with the lease and a contract.
DO NOT RENT HERE IS NOT EVEN SAFE FOR THE KIDS.

i came to get an application a few days ago, and there was a lady old lady at the office, talking to a tenant i a very nasty way, she was talking spanish, i guest she didnt realize that i was standing there and that i spoke spanish. but she was very nasty, so i left the office, for no reason at all i would rent in this complex.
WE MOVE ABOUT A YEAR AGO, AT FIRST EVERYTHING WAS NICE, SMILING, HELLOS BUT THEN AS SOON AS WE MOVE IN, EVERYTHING CHANGE, FOR STAR THE APARTMENT CARPET WAS A MESS, WE REPORT THIS ON SEPT. AND ON JANUARY OF FOLLOWING YEAR THEY DECIDE TO DO SOMETHING. OUR CAR WAS DAMAGE ON THE PARKING LOT, THE PETS PUPU AND PIPI AROUND MY APARTMENT DOOR AND BACK DOOR, THE TENANTS AROUND SMOKING DRUGS LIKE NOTHING, THE LAKE IN THE BACK IS UNSAFE IS WIDE OPEN ANY ACCIDENT COULD HAPPEN.
THE RENT IS DUE EVERY 1ST AND THE LAST DAY IS THE 3RD AT MIDGNIGHT WELL THEY CHANGE THEIR MIND AND CHARGE LATE FEE ON THE MONTH OF 4TH OF JULY BECAUSE THEY CLOSE THE OFFICE FOR A LONG WEEKEND, LIVING AT THE FRONT OFFICE DOOR A NOTE THAT IF YOU DONT PAY RENT BY 5PM ON THE 3RD YOU ARE LATE.
I MEAN THIS IS OUTRAGE, THEY DONT CARE IF PEOPLE ARE SMOKING DRUG, THEY DONT CARE IF A LAKE IS WIDE OPEN AND KIDS MAY BE HURT BY THIS, THEY DONT CARE THAT THE TENANTS CAR ARE BEEN DAMAGE EVERY NIGHTS, THEY DONT CARE IF SOMEBODY CARS IS BLOCKING OTHER TENANTS CAR, THERE IS NO TOWING SERVICES AT NIGHT OR NIGHT PATROL.
THE POOL ALWAYS IS CLOSE, THE WASHER AND DRYER BROKEN MOST OF THE TIME AND ONLY ONE OF EACH FOR TWO BUILDING WITH 16 APARTMENTS IN EACH BUILDING.
THE CONTRACT IS NOT OVER YET AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE THE TENANTS THE MORE THAN ORIGINAL CONTRACT IS.
THE LADIES AT THE OFFICE NASTY SPECIALLY MS. BETTY VOLZ HER ENGLISH TERRIBLE, HER COSTUMER SERVICES TERRIBLE, EVERYTHING ABOUT HER EVEN HER NASTY FACE IS TERRIBLE. AND THE APARTMENT MANAGER NASTY PERSON, TERRIBLE, DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK WITH PEOPLE VERY VERY NASTY HER NAME IS MS. HICELA COTONAT.
DO NOT, DO NOT COME TO THIS APARTMENTS, THINK IT OVER, MY CONTRACT IS OVER THIS MONTH AND I AM LEAVING I RATHER PAY MORE, THAN HAVE BEEN TREAT LIKE ****.
DO NOT COME HERE, NO SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN, UNSAFE, DRUGS AROUND, VANDALISM ECT.BAD COSTUMER SERVICES
