Rented: From 2007 To 2008

After living at Ludlam Point for 13 months, I can say it was one of my favorite places to live! The staff was always very friendly and helpful! The grounds were well kept, pool was always clean and on a month basis they sent around a newsletter with random advice and local events! Also every saturday morning they had a free breakfast for the community!! The only reason I moved was because the property market was so good and I had to invest! So I highly recommend Ludlam Point to anyone moving into the Coral Gables area!
