According to a January 2013 review, the apartments are highly recommended because of the convenience the property offers; everything is five minutes away, including Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, South Beach, and Key Biscayne. Plus, the management staff is helpful and always improving the property, maintenance is quick, and many enjoy the resident activities.
