Apartment Reviews for Park Place By The Bay - Miami

Great Place to live. Poor parking space to residents. I have a town home 3 bed/2 bath but only 1 parking space. I have try to get more spaces but I need waiting for ....Months. No reasonable parking spaces. Some 1 bed/1 bath have 2-3 Parking space's. Management need adjust the parking to the bed numbers. My friends give parking tickets all time when visit me.No guest parking. Is only My complaint. Management officers are lovely people, Maintenance staff friendly and educate. Residents are ok, medium-high Income people based in Miami living costs. I feel my kids safety here. Security 24/h 7 days a week. Some noise from the discos (Space, Nocturnal and Metropolis in the next street but you can close up the windows and not problems. The homeless levels has been lower (by street pass) from the past year to this. I believe that the neighborhood will continues change in the next months to remodeling the downtown area (a beautiful landscapes and new constructions). I hope that. <P>

WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN I WAS READY FOR THE BOMB TO DROP BECAUSE THE BUILDING IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, BUT SO FAR NOTHING HAS GONE WRONG. THIS PLACE IS GREAT. SO RELAXING. PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY. MANAGEMENT IS FRIENDLY AND THEY DO THEIR JOB. I HAD TO HAVE MY REFRIGERATOR SERVICED AND THEY FIXED IT THE SAME DAY I CALLED. I LOVE MY TERRACE, IT IS ABOUT TWICE THE SIZE OF A STANDARD TERRACE. THE APARTMENT AS A WHOLE IS SUPER AND THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM IS GREAT. THE POOL AREA IS EXACTLY WHAT IS ADVERTISED. VERY CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED AND THE POOL WAS REFINISHED LAST MONTH. THE LOCATION IS AWESOME, ESPECIALLY IF YOU WORK IN BRICKELL OR DOWNTOWN. EASY ACCESS TO EVERYTHING. BAYSIDE MARKETPLACE IS ABOUT 5 MINUTES AWAY. THE SECURITY SYSTEM IS SUPERB. THE BUILDING IS REALLY CONTROLLED ACCESS. I FEEL VERY SECURE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ANYONE TO RENT HERE.
