Apartment Review for Pepper Cove

I have no major complaints about living here. It's typical Miami "craftsmanship" where everything is a little crooked, but the office staff is always pleasant and the apartment is great overall. Word of warning - don't run the heat! The air conditioning works fine, but the heat costs you an arm and a leg to run due to the type of unit installed. There's a nice pool and a decent fitness room, and you can walk to the grocery store, Blockbuster and several little restaurants.
