Apartment Review for Portofino

Not a safe place to live in, criminals come over by hopping the back walls and local police don't do anything about it. Management is arrogant and extremely rude although the staff are not at fault and ok. Rent is ridiculously high and not worth it. Problems are not resolved to tenant's satisfaction. Look elsewhere or you will be sorry you signed a lease with these folks. <P>
