Apartment Review for Residences At The Falls

This place is under new management/ownership which is even worse than before. No one knows what the other is doing. There is no communcication. The staff is rude and does not listen to what you are saying. Dont expect repairs to be done because they do not do them! Pool has been closed for years! Roaches and no exterminator service! the grounds are unkept. it is noisy. It is unclean . You get no help no matter what the problem in your unit.
