Apartment Review for Rio Apartments

This apartment complex is well neglected along with the tenants needs. My apartment had no Air conditioning for 2 years with poor air quality. I had told the main office numerous times and they did nothing..... The apartment has asbestos, mold and mildew on the and inside the walls on the material build on the ceilings and throughout the apt. Tenants are never notified about this . This apartment complex is not kept up to standards. This move would be the worst one you ever made.
