Apartment Review for Santa Clara

I've lived at Santa Clara for several years .... It has absolutley nothing to do with the color of your skin .... 70% precent of the population at Santa Clara including the office staff ... are of Black decent .... Therefore, I will disagree that "Rasim" is the main reason why people come and go! <P>
Now ... Lets go tho the real reason why they leave... CLEANLINESS!!!... The property is FILTHY... TENANTS ARE DIRTY!!!!! THEY ARE THE CULPRITS!!! DISGUSTING!!! KEEP YOUR HOUSE AND PROPERTY CLEAN!!! SO THAT WE MAY HAVE A BIT OF HARMONY! <P>
OTHER EXAMPLES: 1.Roaches along the hallways and in the apts <P>
2.Elevators on the weekends are filthy i.e., throwup, ****, food, chicken bones etc ...disgusting. the same for the stairwell <P>
3.Washing Machines, not enough of them and half the time they are broke. <P>
4. Parking is a nightmare ...you cant have visitors! theres no parking! <P>
