Apartment Review for Santa Clara

I've lived in Santa Clara since they opened and I can tell you this, there has NEVER been an African American person in the office, EVER!!! I can't say that they are racist but I can say that they've had some criminals in that office! Sandra, the last worker rented apts w/o contracts or to her friends in different names. She was taking extra money for deposits for herself. You MUST speak spanish to communicate with the maintenance staff. The building itself is off centered so you drawers slide open cause it's on a slant. You can tell as you're walking through the halls. There are no lights in the the bedrooms, though they have ceiling fans. The shower rod in the bathroom has no proper connection to the wall so it falls often. The parking is TERRIBLE!!! there's not enough parking for the residence and you may have to park in Phase II parking garage. The building was completly rushed. Bedrooms are small, bathrooms are huge. I think the made the necessary modifications in Phase II. I don't know what building code enforcer inspected that building, but they shouldn't have never approved rentals.
