I am very happy here at Santa Clara I have been living here since 2006 I am very happy with the new management team they our the best we ever had the property is much cleaner on the weekends and at night you can walk the halls without people hanging out

Santa Clara Apartments is a great place to live. Of course like any other rental community, you will always have your bad apples of residents. Considering the area in which the property is located the rents are affordable and you do get your monies worth. People are confused and think they live in Brickell. There are 2 buildings which are managed by 2 different companies. Santa Clara 1; which is the smaller building is by far a great community to live. Maintenance is wonderful, the office staff is not only very helpful but also great people. Santa Clara Apartments is kept clean, hallways are always clean, elevators are kept clean until dirty residents spill stuff and decide to act nonchalant about it. Yet maintenance immediately comes to clean up after their dirty habits. I cannot complain about living in Santa Clara. I can only complain about some dirty residents that were not taught proper living manners. This is not managements fault. Thats just how certain people were raised and no management company can change that. You could prove yourself wrong. Just visit the community and you will see for yourself. These apartments are under new management since 2007 and believe me they have this property under control.

Thank god i found this web site i was one of the 1'st one's to move in this apart 2 years ago . . this place is horrible is so nasty the managment is discusting, they have no respect for no one. This building even had a prostitution service. One time guys were shooting @ each other on the parking lot. I swear to god i am not lying, i even heard one time they found a dead body inside a white car in the parking lot. the hall ways are filty omg!!! when i tryed to move they didnt even want to give me back my $$ they get me back half of my $$$ i think some should go and check on this apartment.
