Apartment Review for Hunter Run

I lived there for a year and kept the place clean. Upon moving out when my lease was up, my full deposit was not refunded to me, I gave a 30 days notice and the apartmetn was left in beautiful condition, but they said I didnt turn in a 30 days notice, even though my lease had been up, but I have all legall documents stating I turnd in my 30 days notice, but they say i didnt, so I have fille da FREC complaint with the company, for the remaining balance of 350.00. I am very dissatisfied with the compnay and the employees, not to mention there has been a large turn over of employess there in one year, I would never rent from that place again. also, The dumpster where residents drop off their trash, it never got emptied, so trash would be all the way down the street about 200 or so feeet , it was nasty. anyways done rent from here they are terrible, I know of 5 residents who have made complaints to the management and no issuse ever got solved. <P>
