I am just now ending my lease at Spring Harbor, but not because they did anything wrong. I just have to move closer to work. Everytime I've ever needed maintenance (3X) the staff was quick and courteous. The only problem that I really have is that we have neighbors that play their music really loud & really late right in the parking lot. Also, my rent will go up significantly if I renew, so it made my decision to move that much easier. Great location though. I'm going to miss being able to walk to wal-mart!

This is the worst place I have ever lived or even visited. The maintenance crew are just hired clowns. I wouldn't advise my worst enemy to live here. All I ever had were problems, one after another. please for god sakes, don't move in here

It was a good place to live at. rent was cheap and never had a problem. i had to break my contract and mangement worked with me and only charge me a month rent

We have a new management team. They seem interested in keeping the peace around here. Let's see what happens when they review the video's I sent them of my very rude neighbors. It's been said we now have a now non-sense Manager...Let's see i'll write back in about a month.
