Review for Huntington At Sundance Apartments

I am a resident living at Huntington at Sundance Apartments located in Lakeland / Mulberry, FL. My partner and I have lived here for one year now and just signed our new lease for another 12 months. The new owners Gables Residential Company is great and has done many upgrades and repairs to the entire complex inside units and out on the grounds. Way too many to list here! The office staff is top notch. Very professional and always have smile on there faces. The best part of all is there not phony at all, very down to earth and really lesson to you. The maintenance crew surpasses any expectations you have. If they come in your unit for any repairs you will not have to clean up after them at all and the repairs are done promptly. The grounds keepers are very good as well. I think the entire staff here at Huntington Apartments really do care about the residents and want to help out in any way they can.
