Review for Bermuda Isle Apartment Complex Apartments

As far as all the other amenities of this complex, I can't judge, as I don't live there. I did visit my son in June and thought the pool was lovely and the appearance of the grounds beautiful. This review is about their leasiing office staff. I had a vacuum cleaner sent Fedex to my son as a gift. It showed that is was delivered on June 30, 2009. Only TODAY, July 29th, was I finally able to find out if it had arrived. I'd spoken with that office minimally five times about it, each time being told it wasn't there. I guess I just hit it lucky today, because the girl there said yes, they had it. Why wouldn't they contact the tenant to notify them there was a package there? I had a second vacuum sent and again, it took two calls before someone in the office was able to locate the package. Very complacent, non-caring attitudes and obviously not caring about their job performance. Too bad. It reflects on the whole apartment complex.
