there is one reason this place has so much turnover and certain rentors. that is because of barbara the property mgr. she is rude, obnoxious, doesnt handle her job properly or forward any maintenance to the people required to fix them. plus large amount of narcotic and shady rentors. moved after only few months. the owner mr. shaw needs to replace her and he will see bigger profits and steadier rent.
