I have lived at San Marino for over a year and have recently seen a new resurgence in customer service, property cleanliness, and resident social functions since Graystar Management has taken over. The difference is tremendous and I am really excited to call this community home. The service has improved and work orders are completed in a timely manner with a smile, which is a change from the prior company.
