Current occupancy would be a guess of 60%. Pool is seldom open, always down. Was told last summer closed most of the time, this winter closed all the time, this summer closed as much as open, currently 90 plus and has been closed for days. Make sure you see the actual unit your moving into, I was told mine wasn't ready and shown a model which was extremely different than what I ended up with. While carpet looked clean discovered it is totally saturated with pet pee and mold from previous tenant. Pet fee is $300 to $500!!!!! They do spray for bugs however there's so much dry rot that it's very easy for them to enter. Perhaps the most disturbing is the water bill. Its as much if not more than the electric bill!!! I still haven't figured it out however you don't pay for your own usage, regardless if you are one person or four. You also seem to pay for water line breaks, the empty apartment's share, I am one and a family of four lives in our building as well. There's nothing I can do to only pay for the water I use. It's EXTREMELY high and extremely unfair.
