Review for Carlton Arms Apartments

Carlton Arms provides pretty nice units for a good price -- but you'll end up paying for it in the end. The management pocketed our security deposit even though we did everything by the book (i.e. didn't break the lease, documented carpet stains upon moving in, etc.). We have since found others who had the same experience. New Port Richey has plenty of great housing options, so keep looking.
