Review for Ranchside Apartments

About 3-4 years ago this was a nice, little quiet place. Do not let the well kept up grounds fool you. In the past 6 months and as recent as one day ago there have been numerous incidents of vehicles being keyed. There is a pervert who lives there that leaves x-rated notes in or on females vehicles that no one can catch even though the police have been called. And there is a HIGH incidence of drug use/dealing that goes on there. Check out the reports in the past year at the police station before you decide to live in these apt's. Also, you pay for your own water but they do not base it on your individual usage. It is based on overall usage for entire community. So, no matter whether you are one person to an apt. or 4, you all get charge the same. Rent is inexpensive but since new property management bought, it has gone down hill....I no longer live there but do know people who do. Also, the property management company REQUIRES you may a yearly insurance premium on top of rent for THEIR liability. This covers them if anybody gets hurt on the property. What "appears" be be prostitutes also frequent certain tenants in the apt's. A cab will pull up and a scantily clad person will get out, go in the apt for about an hour and then cab will pick back up. There have been numerous complaints to the management but no resolution to any of them.
