I love the great waterfront location allowing multi-mile views across Biscayne Bay from Downtown Miami up to Bal Harbour.

We're wonderfully located in a pleasant, quiet, and safe neighborhood - convenient to shopping, the beach, airports, and everything else.

With amenities like balconies, a pool, a seawall for fishing, a covered common patio, BBQ, hammocks, a kid's area, and a couple kayaks for residents' use, life is pretty good here !
