Apartment Review for Portofino At Biscayne

I've been living at Portofino for 2 months now and have had no problems so far. My main complaint is that the pools are not kept up as well as I think they should be kept...but the beaches are so close by, so I just go there to swim.
Its true that there are tons of dogs living here, and I am not personally a dog owner, but the maintenance staff are always cleaning and mopping the hallways and elevators. Many residents dont use the dog park - they let their dogs urinate on the main park area but it doesnt really bother me because I don't exactly play in the grass.
I love my apartment, I love all the space and the great balcony. I've never seen a bug in my apartment and the grounds are very well groomed. I also think the gym and the tennis courts are very nice, although small, is never crowded. All of the staff with the exception of one woman in the office are very friendly and helpful. Try to get Ricardo and Pilar to help you out.
There are a lot of students from FIU living here which I thought would be problematic, but I dont hear a peep from anyone.
