Apartment Review for Portofino At Biscayne

This apartment is very highly priced for 2 main reasons:
You will have to deal with bad management
Apartment is not in walking distance to the ocean

When I was living here a guy once ran to my patio and asked to be hidden in the house because someone was trying to shoot him.

I moved to another apartment closer to the ocean for $200 lesser and an extra bedroom. Please don't waste your money on this lousy apartment.
