Review for Boardwalk Apartments

When I went looking for a new apartment my top two priorities was a big bedroom and my own bathroom. That is how I found and sign at Boardwalk. What a mistake; let me tell you the bigger bedroom and your own bathroom isn't worth it. 1) Security: He the security guard stays within the office all night. There has been numerous car burgarlies recently. 2) Parking: Parking during the day is alright. At night you can't find a parking spot for you or your visitors. 3) Apperance: The first building is the only building the has the new paint on it from a year ago. The haven't taken the time to finish the project yet. Landscape is nothing spectacular bushes in front of windows. 4) Mangement: Can I say LAZY. Must constantly badger the office staff and manage with any concerns or task. Tell you they will take care of it and completely forget. 5) Maintenance: Maintenance orders take forever to complete. The maintneance people are really nice and do a good job. But getting them to your apartment is another story. 6) Condition of Unit: The only good thing about living here. The bedrooms are awesome size and nice to have your own bathroom. They actually do a great job cleaning, painting, and steaming the carpets before you move in. 7) Noise Level: Pretty much the walls and floors are paper thick. I'm not exagerrating either. You can hear your neighbors watching television, listen to music, do laundry, take a shower, and walk around. And if your neighbor decides to throw a party well you aren't sleeping till the party ends.
