Review for Courtney Chase Apartments

What a nice place it was till the new management came in,they are dumb to say the least.The noise level at night time is beond compare its like living inside a nightclub !. The gates are continually broken, the trash compactor stinks, the place is compleatly packed with noisey stinkey latinos that seem to have great problems parking their cars within the parking lines.Also the rents are high considering the total lack security (this place has lots of break-ins) and the office staff are not in the least bit concerned.On a positive note the maintenace staff are very good (that is a plus becouse this place is constructed like welfare housing). Oh by the way do-not try walking around the complex unless you are into stepping in dog shit (its everywhere) but if you want to clean it up try using some of the glass from the broken beer bottles that are scatered around the place.BOTTOM LINE do-not consider renting here.
