Review for East Lake Apartments

Unfortunately I have bad reviews. Ever since I have moved here 7 months ago I have had bad experiences with office personel. They are very rude and offer very bad customer service. I have lived in other apartment complexes and the office personel is always nice and you feel like your worries are valued. But these women who work here are pure witches.
It's too bad because I refer alot of my friends to Loma Vista apartments (they are both owned by Concord mgt.) and the ladies at Loma Vista are sweethearts and they value their tenants. Therefore I am spreading the word......DON'T MOVE TO EAST LAKE APTS>
