Review for Grand Reserve At Maitland Park Apartments

My experience with this apartment has been nothing but bad since I got here. The apartments are overpriced, but not kept up properly. Management is always being changed, but improves are never seen. For the first month, I had a major problem with pests and roaches in my apartment. Pest control did a poor job of removing these pests from my apartment. The neighborhood is also very crime ridden. Kids and teenagers hang out around the apartment complex, make noise, and cause trouble. It seems like the people around here have no regard for other's property. I have already had one of cars vandalized, and apperently I'm not the only person who has experienced this problem. Don't move into this area unless you plan on living in a getto.
