Helecopters overhead, police cars, Fire Trucks (even 5 at a time! No lie!) being woke up at 4am by an officer pounding at MY DOOR! When my girlfriend and I were in a deep sleep (we were mistaken for some other apartment near us)! Being woke up by girl screaming for help. Never had such an experience at any apartment in my life. Washer, Dryer, Dish Washer, and Oven have all been in need of repair, if not twice! Orange stickers put on my cars for backing into parking spaces or sitting in one spot for too long! Been here comming up on two years only because it's approx 4 miles from my work in Maitland. Definately moving out when lease is up in two months! Don't purchase a condo here either. Not worth the $100k they're asking!
