Review for Jasmine At Maitland Apartments

Bad neighborhood, high crime area just across the street. No parking, most night I walk a block from my car to my door and some nights its a run. The fix to this was to charge a extra $25 a month to have a reserved spot near my apartment. Was a gated community when I moved here but the gate was broken and never fixed. Nothing is ever fixed its easier to do it yourself. I put up with a lot because it is cheep and close to work but now they want me to buy it thats a laugh.
