I was showed a model apartment in the better section of the apartments. The grounds were kept up with and apartment was in very good condition. I signed a lease for one year into a dump. The building I am in is missing the numbers off the side of the building. The complex did not mow the grass for two weeks, they were too busy putting in more plants, then hit the main water line. We were without water for several hours. I had to "jiggle" the key in the lock for two weeks before maintance fixed my door. My blinds are broken and there is a hole in the livingroom wall where the cable jack used to be. There has also been a huge bag of trash in the hall since I moved in two weeks ago. The neighbors are extremely noisy and there are at least three people to the 1/1 apts. The whole place is a dump. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
