Review for Semoran Palms Apartments

My husband and I had problems finding an apartment that would take us after our bankruptcy, while we got back on track. We were informed this was probably the only one that would. The management happily accepted us, and moved us into a first floor two bedroom apartment. There is no insulation or sound proofing, we had MAJOR bug problems from the very beginning, inclusive of lots and lots and lots of roaches, ants, and even carpenter ants that ate my less than 2 year old son to bits one night right in his bed. The management is worthless, always trying to over charge us and if we didn't keep a strict eye on what we owed, they would have ripped us off over $400 more than we actually ever owed. The apartements are crummy and old, not taken care of, but just repainted to try to look better, the maintanance is shotty to say the least, we never had a screen door on our patio. To say the least, we will be happy to move in another month when our lease is up, sorry semoran palms, we're through with you.
