Review for Town & Country At Kirkman Apartments

For the location and square footage, it's a good value. Parking is tight, garages are available and are a good size, some apartments are maintaining 3+ cars, which contribute to the crowding. The maintenance staff is excellent, fast and available. The buildings weathered all the recent hurricanes well. The current round of construction is inconvenient, but will be done soon. The entry gate is broken almost nightly, yet the area feels safe.
