Review for Wisper Palms Apartments

All I can say is that this is worst apartment complex I have ever had the misfortune to live in. There are several truthful reviews detailing many problems posted at http://www.apartmentratings.com/rate/FL-Orlando-Wisper-Palms-Apartments.html

Unfortunatly, they are all true (especially the comments about the horrible owners and managers). Once you move in, you are treated horribly and when you move out they do everything they can to take every last cent of your deposit. Mold issues abound, the parking is horrible, the security staff is a hodge podge of maintenence people and other non-security trained people, and the managers and owners feel that they can do anything they want without reprecussion. They are very friendly at first, but once you sign the lease, look out. Take my advice, stay away from this place; FAR AWAY.
