THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY i'VE EVER DEAL WITH ...........THEY ARE DISHONEST,FRAUDULENT , IF i KNEW EVEYTHING i'VE KNOWN NOW I WOULD NVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY....PLEASE DONT RENT FROM THEM THEY ARE THE WORST IN CENTRAL FLORIDA THAT'S WHY THEY HAVE A LAWSUIT AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TOOK OVER...BUT I DONT SEE THE DIFFERENCE THESE COMPANIES ARE THE SAME MESS..................

My name is Gene Bennett. I am the President of All American Management, having founded the company in 1983.
Let’s face it, in the Property Management, (Land Lording Business), it isn’t always possible to keep all parties, (Landlords & Tenants) happy. In real estate, it is important to adhere to the terms of leases and other contracts between landlords and tenants.
In fact, we would not be doing our job responsibly if there were no unhappy campers, thus there will be complaints from time to time.
In 2008-2009 I was taken away from the focus of the business, but earlier this year, I returned to take control of the company I founded.
That said, it is always my goal to satisfy the needs of our customers, and I would certainly welcome the opportunity to discuss any and all concerns that our customers may have with our firm.
