Apartment Reviews for Aqua At Millenia - Orlando

Aqua at Millenia is situated just off of Interstate 4 directly beside The Mall at Millenia. Residents enjoy easy access to all the amenities of the mall and public transportation. Aqua may serve as a good residents for students as well, as the complex is located near Palm Beach Atlantic University in Orlando, as well as Nova Southeastern University. Reviews of the property have been mixed. Some tenants complain about noise and how busy the area is, while other residents cherish the apartment’s centralized location.

I was about to continue my career in another corporation, the only thing that kept me in doubt was the commute. This is when I decided to search for a middle point between my children and my new job. This mid-point would be the Millenia area and I started my research within my standards which by the way were pretty high and this made my search harder until I was blessed by finding Aqua at Millenia.
Here I first met with Kim, the property manager. She was amazing; she asked me a few questions that lead her to guide me in the right direction to my needs. I live in a beautiful apartment, in a great location, with everything and anything I need within short distance, along with the amenities within the community. My apartment looks and still feels brand new from day one.
My closing was taken care of by Maria. She made me feel as if I had made her day by becoming part of Aqua. She seemed so happy for me, as if she knew how happy I was going to feel living here and she was not mistaking. I absolutely love it here.
I needed a latter, went to the office and there were Jeff and Tony ready to turn the world around to insure my need was provided quickly. They made me feel like only I was important and I must follow my stating that I have been present on different occasions when they have made other residents feel exactly as important.
I needed to put up a heavy mirror on a wall and there was maintenance, right away to help me. I don’t know what else to say so I will close by saying to Aqua staff: “Thank you guys, for all you do, even more for the extra mile” second and most important. God is good and I owe Him all my blessings, He always takes care of me and is never wrong nor late.
