Apartment Review for Arden Villas

We were charged for an "upgraded kitchen" even though the kitchen is depressing. They do nothing for you once you've moved in. Prices are very high, then add $340/mo. for utilities on top of that. Can't wait to move on.
Scheduled maintenance never calls, never schedules. The front office staff is nice but does nothing for you after you sign the contract.

Even though everyone has to pay for credit check for amount of rent they qualify for, all are held responsible for all bills of everyone else.
