Horrible Maintenance And Management

I have struggled with Auvers for a full year trying to get work done to my apartment. I have gotten the run around from the office. I have contacted them several times always to be promised a call back and never hear from anyone. The maintenance that is done is often sub-par and never timely despite Equity Residential's promise that all maintenance requests will be met within two business days. The power has gone out 3 times this month, and the water has been shut off twice, once without warning for 4+ hours. Horrible experience, stay away!
