This apartment complex rents to ANYONE. The management is only concerned with renting out apartments and not with keeping tenants. It is very difficult to get something fixed by the maintenance staff, you have to call and call and call. The complex lights outside do not work the majority of time and the crime on the complex is horrible. If you don't mind a noisy complex with young college students, dirty complex, and feeling unsafe.....this place is great for you!
