My Years At Auvers....

Rented: From 2003 To 2006

I lived in Auvers Village for about 3 years. Unfortunately, it used to be a nice place, well taken care of and residents were screened....NOT so anymore!! I have personally complained of people throwing things (garbage) in the 'lake', noise that shakes the walls, filthy breezeways and residents that look like they've just escaped from prison (and behaved that way too). Nothing was ever done. What the management at Auvers care about is how many apartments are filled, not the upkeep or the kind of residents they let in. LOTS of third party renting for businesses. students, etc. , meaning the people don't get the background check, but the business does. Really bad news. Shame on Equity for allowing this!! They know what's up, just don't do anything about it!!
