Apartments look sweet from the outside but once you move in then you really start to notice how stuck you are. The carpeting sucks, the appliances are old, YOU CANNOT park anywhere near your apartments (especially if there is a dumpster taking up 4 or 5 of the parking spaces) and in case you didn't read the article, someone was murdered here. They just went on a huge renovation plan for the exterior, which looked great already, but absolutely no plan for the interior. The people doing the renovation seemed to have completely abandoned the project in some areas as I have seen plastic covering peoples windows for more than 2 months now. The office staff is extremely nice and helpful if you go see them in the office. Don't bother just calling because it probably will not get the job done in any means of a timely fashion.

When we moved in the place was really quiet, but more and more Full Sail students made their way in and now the place is over run with people who look really numetal and blare their music that shakes the wall all night. You learn to adjust but with the commercialized mechanism that is Full Sail you can GUARANTEE a large quantity of individuals with a total lack of common hygiene and manners. Don't think that you will do yourself any favors by complaining because your money can easily be replaced by a new Full Sail student with cash to burn.

Do not walk around the complex at night by yourself.
