Review for Auvers Village Apartments

Do not move here. Please listen when I say that you will not only get a crappy apartment, with lousy office staff and horrible maintenance - but that you will be living in an extremely crime infested location.

Hear what you think is fireworks? Probably not. Those are gunshots. Your car will be broken into if not stolen or vandalized. You had better have some kind of alarm on your door because the locks provided wouldn't keep a 1st grader out. Those guys standing around the complex - well according to local police and sheriff - they are drug dealers and the complex is overloaded with them.

The appliances are old, they never paint or replace carpet (although they will try to say they do.) Everything is surface look - not real value or quality.

The pools are continually shut down by the health department and the so-called gym has no working equipment.

I cannot stress enough the importance of staying away from this complex or any of them in the Semoran area. I would have moved sooner but I could not afford some of the better/safer areas in Orlando. (In fact, don't live in Orlando metro if you can avoid it.)
