Review for Auvers Village Apartments

I have lived at Auvers Village since late 2007. I have never seen anything violent, there has only been a few notices about problems through out the complex, the staff has been nothing but helpful. In fact that tried to raise my rent after my first lease was up(never lived in a apartment that doesnt do this) and i went in and argued it was unreasonable because of the prices they charge for new tenants and rob, the apartment manager was more then courteous and got my rent actually lower then it was when i first signed my lease. As for people complaining about dog shit all over, that's not the apartment complex, that's its lazy tenants that refuse to pick up after there animals. While i dont like having to watch were i step i can guarantee this will happen EVERY residential setting you live in. Now i will say the only real complaint i have is the noise. But that is caused by full sails odd scheduling they run as well as your typical apartment style cheap windows that don't block much of any sound. But that's expected when living in a apartment that's within 7 miles of the countries 6th largest university as well as with in a mile of the countries craziest houred school.
