"Camden Orange Court breaks the stereotype of a rental community. My friends often compare it to a 4-star urban hotel or a mid-rise condo community. Some of the units are, in fact, listed in condo magazines and appeal to condo shoppers pretty easily.
Top-of-the-line ceiling fans and light fixtures in all units, 2008-model washers and dryers standard, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floor kitchens as well as track lighting. Thick, luxurious carpet in carpeted units, and beautiful sanded concrete in hard floor units. Lofty 9-foot ceiling standard, with "sky light units" easily doubling that.
Add a luxurious pool area with cabanas and controlled entry, brand new gym area, a luxurious common area, and entrances right from Orange Avenue and your garage, and you've got everything you could ever ask for in a rental community, if not much more!
