I live here now, and overall the place is the best bang for your buck. Granted, your living conditions with regards to your neighbors are completely luck of the draw. Walls are paper thin. I hear neighbors talking normally in the next apartment. Office staff is nice and helpful. Apartment complex is a little noisy but overall nice and worth the money.
