i dont know what these others are talking about but i have no problems. i had a stray bullet come through my apartment from the apartments across the street. thats the only problem. they offered for me to transfer to a different apartment or move and theyll return my deposit and pay the deposit to ware ever i chose. i told them i have been living here for over a year and have not had any problems and that ill stay. i still live here an have had no problems since.
